It's peanut butter... honest! And, according to Trader Joe's, no salmonella!

If you were around during the 70s, this will seem painfully familiar. This glorious spread is from a 1979 copy of a Reader's Digest Complete Guide to Needlework. Back then, it was perfectly normal to embarrass your child with embroidered overalls, or send your husband out in a snazzy embroidered vest. That male model is HOT in those Sally Jesse Raphael glasses! Canon 5d.

Window Crystals (no, I did not copy the idea from Jean... well, maybe I was *inspired* by her...)

Let me be like the credit card company:
165k characters, 31,702 words, & 165 pages- Many pounds of fat, stress, and having to put up with crap
10 years of trying to think of a better way- More fat, stress, and crap
Being the first person in my profession to obtain this terminal degree- Who knows because one dickhead is telling me what he really thinks
By the way, all of those bulky appendices are there because I am doing a project, not a thesis (which calls for one to post the project material into an Appendix).

I love these old "billboards" on the sides of brick buildings.

Orion's belt.
This is almost a good pic of the constellation, Orion.
The belt, which can be seen fairly easily by the three bright stars in a row, is a beautiful nebula, as seen here: http://apod.nasa.gov/apod/ap090210.html Maybe someday I'll post a pic like that...
